Why are Digit ENS trending?
I’ll list off a few of the main reasons!
- They are the most liquid ENS clubs because Digits are recognizable by most people on Earth. There is basically no barrier to language.
- Easy to remember
- Scarcity
- Liquidity
What is $ ENS?
It is just placing a $ sign in the ENS name. What’s the catch? Well at the moment https://ens.domains/ does not $ as a normalized character for an ENS domain. Although theres speculation that eventually that $ will be recognized as a normalized character. Essentially at the moment you can’t register or extend a $ ENS off of the ENS website and you can’t link it to your wallet. Apparently the ens.vision dev said that $ will be accepted as a normalized character by ens.domain(there are screenshots floating around). Also I heard ens.vision is going to list the $ categories soon.

ALTHOUGH you can mint directly off contract & I can walk y’all through it! So WHY should any of us be minting these $ ENS? You can’t ignore that the market sentiment is extremely bullish on ENS and specially digits.
Lets take a look at the TOP derivative Digit ENS Clubs
1. Ethmoji 99 club — 9.99 eth floor
2. Ethmoji 999 club -0.51 floor
3. Ethmoji 10k club — 0.02 floor
- 0x99 club — 2.25 eth floor
- 0x999 club — 0.38
- 0x10k club — 0.02
In my opinion it’s much easier to type $ then a couple digits after than going to select emotes that represent digits & it’s cleaner than “0x”. The dollar sign is universally known around the globe… its a no brainer that this will become a normalized character. There’s obviously still a risk it doesn’t get accepted! In the event that “$” gets accepted.. it would cause a massive pump on ALL ENS with the $ sign. In the event this event never happens, there is still $ to be made by making a speculative/strategic bet.
Floor Prices on $ENS
1. $99 club — 0.45 eth
2. $999 club — 0.048 eth
3. $10k club — 0.0059 eth (Not minted out yet)
One last thing I want to say is that I’m project the regular 3 digit ENS floor to hit 100+ eth this year(many other people are as well). When it costs 100+ eth to buy a 3 digit ens or it costs 10–15eth to buy a 4 digit ens… the vast majority of people can not afford this. We’ve seen with trends in PFP collections that people will seek to make $ off a derivative collection. Also $ENS have more merit and use case to survive long term than a BAYC Deriv.
What exactly am I calling?
There’s an array of routes you can take. I really don’t believe anyone should be fading this call, you can go mint a few of the $ ENS for less than $50 and it has the potentiality to print upwards of 20+ x.
Low Risk — Option 1
- Mint $ENS from the 10k club, specifically numbers that repeat because repeating numbers hold higher meanings for different cultures and religions. (btw we’ve been seeing sales for 4 digit ENS that are 2–8x floor.. whys this? because of repeating numbers. like 8822, 2214, 1122)
Medium Risk — Option 2
- Buying into the $999 club which has a current floor of 0.048
High Risk — Option 3
- Buying into the $99 club which has a current floor of 0.47

Price Targets: this depends on your risk tolerance and outlook of the price speculation! don’t get greedy
Where to buy/list? Ens.vision
Warning: if you buy off the secondary market on ens.vision you need to check when the domain expires. it likely expires in a month then you will need to extend the registration date if you plan on holding it for longer. I highly recommend you register the $ as the first character in the ENS, yes there exceptions to this although there won’t be nearly as much liquidity in 99$ club vs $99 club.
If you want more exposure into ENS I recommend you mint 2 Letter and 3 Letter “$” Domains(even 4L). These will be very illiquid although they also have immense potential IF the $ sign becomes a normalized character.
- Examples that i minted “$fml, $yes, $go , $we”
- Recognizable 3 Letter ENS have been selling for 10E consistently
- imo i think the $ sign in front is the cleanest way to have a derivative of ANY ens

HOW TO MINT OFF ENS CONTRACT
1. Click on this link https://etherscan.io/address/0x283af0b28c62c092c9727f1ee09c02ca627eb7f5#readContract
2. Click 2. available then type $(insert name/digit) , click query then if it says “true” it means the ENS is available
3. click 5. make commitments then type the ENS name into: Name (string), then paste your eth addy into : Owner(address) then type 0x0 into : Secret(bytes 32) then click: Query . then COPY the txn
4. then go up to the top and click Write contract then connect your wallet
5. 1. commit : now paste the TXN into here and confirm that transaction. wait 2 mins till AFTER the txn processes to complete the next step
6. Click register type 0.04 ( if you’re registering for a year)
7. Name (string) : write the ens name
8. Owner(address) : your eth addy
9. duration: 29030400 (divide by 12 if you want it to be 1 month)
10. secret: 0x0
11. click write : IF it’s asking for a lot of gas or says it can’t confirm the txn, you either didn’t wait long enough since step 5 was completed OR you need to add more gas in step 6 — you will be refunded the gas that isn’t used
